| Description | The SL-9 is one of the smallest Dynamo hubs on the market. This Ultra slim Centre-lock hub offers power and performance mile after mile. Developed for road use, this dyno hub packs some power for its small size. A unique but efficient aerodynamic shape means it's only a little larger than a golf ball at the centre of the hub. Producing 6V 3W* at normal riding speeds, its more than enough to power your dynamo light set or charger. Tried and tested this hub not only offers a low rolling resistance but is lightweight to boot! Never get caught out without lights again, as the days draw shorter, and the roads stretches longer the SL-9 will keep you riding into the night. Available in variety of hole drillings, even the weight weenies cannot argue with this hub.
Note: SL-9 hubs are labelled as 6V 1.5w. This is to comply with the strict German StVZO regulations. When used with 26” or 700c wheels the output can drop very slightly below 6V 3W at low speeds, but is 6V 3W at normal riding speeds For 20” or smaller wheels the output is 6V 3W The hub is suitable for all lights or accessories designed for 6V 3W hubs |
