Making your Payment

When ordering from us, you may choose how you wish to have your order processed.

The shopping cart will allow you to choose from 3 methods:
Standard Order - This submits your chosen items to us and we will contact you shortly after for your payment details
Fax Order - This will generate an order form complete with your selected items which you may write your payment details onto and then fax through to us. If we don't receive your fax form, we will NOT process your order.
Secure Server - Using the secure server will allow you to enter your payment details as part of your order. We use a 128bit encrtypted secure server to store your payment details ready for us to complete your order. Entering your payment details DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR CARD.

Shipping and Handling

Delivery times can vary from 2-7 days, depending on the product you want, time of year and availability, how busy the carriers are in & how busy we are. We'd love to guarantee next day delivery but in the real world that can't be done.If you require good for a certain date please lut us know asap, what we can guarantee is that we will get your goods to you as soon as is humanly possible, and that's a promise!

Please note all ZWEI PLUS ZWEI products are delived direct from Germany normal delivery times are 7 to 10 days, Please lut us know if goods are needed for a Pacific date .



Costs for postage and packaging are calculated by the shopping cart system and are displayed with your cart information once you've selected any items.

In some instances we may not charge the full quoted carriage charge however we will never charge more than that figure quoted.

Your Security and Credit Card Security

We value your security and as such have done our utmost to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while you are visiting our site.

Credit Card Security: Because of the threat to the security of your payment details, we will not request your credit card details via the standard order form. You will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm your payment details, thus ensuring that at no point are your details stored in any transmission across the internet.
If you wish to supply your payment details you should select the "Secure Order" option. Our secure server uses 128bit encryption (the strongest available).

VAT

All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5% except where products are not subject to VAT.

Back Orders

Back Orders: We try to keep 100% avalability of all top selling items, but sometimes demand is bigger that we have predicted or our suppliers are behind schedule.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you (where possible). You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If you wish to complain.

If you need to complain then please contact the owner Chris Compton in the first instance to try to resolve any problems.

Returns

If for any reason an item needs returning to us please call the shop first to obtain a returns number. Please don't just return to the item without first talking to us.


All returns, regardless of reason, shall be at the customers expense. Compton Cycles shall in no way be held responsible for any return postage costs unless the goods found to be faulty on inspection .

Each manufacturer has its own warranty procedure with their products. If you have what you consider to be a warranty claim, then please return to Compton Cycles, we will forward the product to the relevant supplier they will inspect the claim.
